Chahta’s internal, on-site Methods Lab directs set up of new parts and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), as well as scheduled certification of current production parts.

With an emphasis on quality, our manufacturing specifications, production components and equipment are scrutinized as rigorously as our end product.  In addition to our own, custom-developed testing devices, we rely on a variety of tools to increase performance – including specialized crimpers, dynascopic microscopes, temperature and humidity chambers, automatic circuit analysis test systems, and cutting edge, high-speed wiring, stripping , splicing, welding and injection molding machines.
